 want you to LOVE your product. That's why I will provide at least one progress photo before the item ships for your approval and to make sure you are happy with the item.

 

A final photo of the project prior to shipping will be sent. 

 

No full refunds can be given. I do my best to wrap and ship carefully, but cannot forsee instances that may damage the product in transit. 

 

If you are not satisfied or a catastrophic event damaged the product, I may provide a 50% refund or an exchange.  

I will do my best to ship the item ASAP! Once the item ships it is out of my hands, know that weather conditions may hinder the delivery. I can provide a tracking number once it ships. 

 

I'm happy to add notes if shipping to a person receiving a gift. Special occasion? I'll do my best to add a free greeting card with your custom message. 

 

A pick up in person option is available for a small surchage. Select the option to avoid shipping charges. Pick up location is 16th St and Northern Ave in Phoenix or in Surprise, AZ.
