I want you to LOVE your product. That's why I will provide at least one progress photo before the item ships for your approval and to make sure you are happy with the item.

 

A final photo of the project prior to shipping will be sent. 

 

No full refunds can be given. I do my best to wrap and ship carefully, but cannot forsee instances that may damage the product in transit.   

 

If you are not satisfied or a catastrophic event damaged the product, I may provide a 50% refund or an exchange.  

I will do my best to ship the item ASAP! Once the item ships it is out of my hands, know that weather conditions may hinder the delivery. I can provide a tracking number once it ships. 

 

I'm happy to add notes if shipping to a person receiving a gift. Special occasion? I'll do my best to add a free greeting card with your custom message. 

 

A pick up in person option is available for a small surchage. Select the option to avoid shipping charges. Pick up location is 16th St and Northern Ave in Phoenix. 

 

For custom, made to order projects, please allow one week processing time before shipping.
